The Ultimate Secret is a luxurious beauty salon located in the natural beauty of Pendle. Specialising in skin care using CACI, Murad, LightFusion & ESPA, they also offer extended services like facials, manicures, pedicure and massage service for men & women.

A Tool to Attract & Inspire.

The Ultimate Secret is an already established beauty salon with an outstanding reputation. With ever-changing technology our client was looking to attract, engage, and communicate effectively and efficiently using a strong digital marketing strategy to build up and interact with their clientele. Hence, increasing brand awareness and exposure.

Moving Forward.

Before the dawn of digital, the beauty shopping was bricks not clicks. So with their beauty clients increasingly becoming digitally savvy, It was more important than ever for our client to invest in digital marketing.

Our focus was to “be where the audience is”. To move from a standard website to a mobile-optimised website with a responsive design, as well as a big social media marketing plan. Resulting in improving our client’s online presence.

Getting Attention in this Scroll World Becomes the Challenge.

The Ultimate Secret has an inherently visual story to tell, they wished to actually engage with users online when they are away from the salon, across all platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest.

UX.

The Ultimate secret needed to stand out. We Designed a website to display all the information, while being easy to understand, thorough the use of both visuals and text, to convey information. Thus, reducing information overload.

The key was to be clearly label links. By simply adding “Name of treatment” that appears on mouse hover improved the usability of The Ultimate Secret’s page.

Visual Design.

Through effective design, from back ground images, banners and button controls to colour scheme, text style, and graphics, we were able to promote the brand by stimulating aesthetic senses and increasing a feeling of connection.

Overall, creating in a huge boost to the website by increasing its visual appeal, professionalism, brand value and usability.

Visibility – SEO – PPC

It was vitally important to have a strong search strategy in place, in order to be a top choice for our client’s prospective users. Whether that’s in the organic listing or paid advertisements. When people type in “beauty salon” they want to show up!

It was important to rank for key services they provide in the geography of their service. Thus, our client wanted qualified leads to be driven to their website based on the audience searching for a treatment or service they can provide.

Ultimately, providing quality service and increase revenue.
